How does Motion Record Intelligence works  GPS - Global Positioning System is used to monitor vehicle. It is satellite navigation system to determine the exact position of an object at the exact time and at the local reference.
The whole process is running online supported by GPRS module. Information is transmitted in real time. Measured parameters are collected by MRI switchboard, GPS module and sounding rode measuring fuel consumption. All data are sent to the server by using the GSM module. The base unit consists of switchboard and evaluation software.
MRI equipment is permanently implemented into the vehicle and placed under the dashboard.
Computer operates independently of the vehicle systems. It is monitoring all the accessible parameters which can be measured simultaneously. At the same time, system communicates with the connected modules and GPS receiver which is collecting data from the available satellites. Monitored parameters from the vehicle are entered into the microchip computer memory without intervention of driver. Information is transmitted on-line via GPRS and is stored into central user’s database which can be evaluated on requirements of dispatching. SOFTWARE - Ariadna:
- System applications are built on Client–Server architectonic base. That means all data are stored on sever into a central databa
 se of MRI. Users have access into the data with user’s rights. User’s rights can be set or restricted to individual users accordingly to company requirements.
• Client receives user’s name and password to his account. He has access to data by CSM server or he can access directly own software (your server).
• Software can be purchased or client can pay a monthly fee to have access to MRI server (the price includes regular upgrade, update and maintenance of the system).
• Ariadna – MRI software creates automatically /without any intervention/ operating records which includes for example book of rides, vehicle statistic, vehicle charts, fuel charts, online and offline information on vehicle position and condition /car number, name of driver, time, location, speed.../.
• Registration of vehicle cost items allows processes like overview of the vehicle costs as well as calculates travel allowance, planes the maintenance, sends the requirements to suppliers in predetermined time or on predefined number of km.
  
- All reports can be exported into various formats (e.g. MS Excel) and then they can be further processed.
